Things to Note

• Entry Requirement: Guests must present a hard copy of the downloaded ticket and a photo ID at the entrance.
• Ticket Validity: The ticket is only valid for entry to the selected theme park(s).
• Parking: Free parking is available for visitors. Valet service is available for AED 100 (excluding buggy drop-off).
• Restrictions: Some rides and attractions have height, weight, size, and age restrictions as well as medical warnings. These are displayed at the attraction and available from Guest Services.
• No-Shows: Partially used services are non-refundable. If a guest does not show up at the designated start time, the service provider may charge a 100% no-show fee.
• Operational Issues: The provider is not responsible for any attraction components that are not operational due to technical issues or weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• This attraction has a strict no-cancellation policy.
• If tickets are cancelled after booking, 100% charges will be applied. Cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years: Free entry (Infant)
• Children aged 3 to 10 years: Charged at child rate
• Children above 10 years: Charged at adult rate
