Things to Note

• Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for services that go unused or are only partially used.
• Age Restriction: Children under the age of 2 are not permitted to enter for safety reasons.
• Supervision: Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 16 years old.
• Safety: For maximum safety, guests under the age of 13 are required to wear helmets.
• Operational Issues: The service provider cannot be held responsible if any part of an attraction is temporarily non-operational due to technical issues.
• Outside Food: Bringing outside food and drinks into the Park is not permitted.

Policies and Key Information

Cancellation Policy

• This attraction has a strict no-cancellation policy.
• If tickets are cancelled after booking, 100% charges will be applied. Cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years: Not permitted entry for safety reasons.
• Children above 2 years and below 1.2 meters in height: Charged at child rate.
• Children above 1.2 meters in height: Charged at adult rate.

Important Information

• You will initially receive a confirmation email of your booking.
• The official ticket/voucher will be sent 1 hour after the booking has been placed.
