Things to Note
- Redemption: Redeem tickets upon arrival.
- Timing: Please arrive within your selected time slot for seamless entry.
- Duration: Plan to spend 2–3 hours for the full experience.
- Re-entry: Enjoy unlimited time inside, but re-entry is not permitted.
- Water Areas: Some artworks contain water; you will be required to remove your shoes to enter these areas.
- Lockers: Available free of charge.
- Footwear: High heels are not permitted; suitable flat-soled shoes must be worn.
- Surfaces: Please be aware of uneven surfaces.
- Sensory Effects: UV lights, flashes, and fog are used in some artworks.

Important Notes on Timings
- Age Restriction (Post 4:30 PM): Entry after 4:30 PM (Monday–Thursday) is restricted to guests aged 18 and above. Visitors under 18 will not be permitted entry during these hours.
- Ramadan Timings:
- teamLab Phenomena: Open daily from 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Last entry at 9:00 PM)
- ANKO Café: Serving from 2:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Last order at 12:30 AM)
- Lamp Tea House: Last order at 10:45 PM
- Note: Art Undistracted Night will be on pause during Ramadan and Eid.

Cancellation Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Child Policy
- Children 3 years and below: Free entry.
- Children 4 to 12 years: Charged at child rate.
- Children 12 years and above: Charged at adult rate.
Important Information
- You will initially receive a confirmation email of your booking.
- The official ticket/voucher will be sent 48 hours prior to the participation date.
- If you do not receive any emails, please check your Spam folder or contact us.
- Tickets must be purchased online; limited availability at the venue.
- Ticket resale or transfer is not permitted.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or interference with others is prohibited.
- Guests may be recorded and grant permission for the usage of images and videos.
- Smoking and unauthorized commercial or amplified activities are not permitted.
- Entry may be denied or revoked for violating policies.
- Visitors must follow staff instructions at all times.
